The location across from the beach was great. An under-the-road bypass provided easy access. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I was upgraded upon arrival, so I had afternoon tea every day. It was a nice treat.

The hotel staff were helpful, especially Chi and Quyen at reception. The location is right across from the beach, giving convenient access. I found the beach club provided by the hotel especially nice, offering a private space to relax.

i found my room very clean and presentable. the hotel location is near the beach and shops. i walk to those places very easy. the hotel offer free tea time. i think its great.

wonderful beachfront stay!

convenient tunnel helpful staff fantastic view

I loved that the hotel had a tunnel going directly under the road to the beach. It was super convenient! the staff, specifically uyen, was very helpful and cute i really appreciated it. my room also had a fantastic partial ocean view from the 12th floor, great!

The design of my room was a bit weird. It felt a little awkward. i think some of the furniture placement could be improved. it wasn't a huge issue, but it was noticeable.

the hotel's location is unbeatable. it sits right across from the beach, a short walk took me to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and little corner shops. i really enjoyed having everything so close by!

The rooms are modern and clean, though my room design was a bit unusual but well maintained. The bed was the most comfortable in all of southeast asia. i had a great shower and the air conditioning was fantastic! my room was also spacious.

The pool area was great. I found it to be lovely and clean, so relaxing. the hotel even has a sauna. I had 30 minutes free each day which was a nice treat. the hotel also has a beachfront location and an amazing pool!

rooftop pool traffic noise

The rooftop pool was closed, a bummer. I was really looking forward to that. the traffic noise near the lower pool was pretty loud. also, the site photos made it seem nicer than it actually was. Maybe they need to update those. it reminded me of only a third of the hotel was actually open? it was a bit odd. not sure why they even bother with pictures, the reality is way off, haha.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted

limited selection street noise

The breakfast was really disappointing. the selection felt limited, and the quality wasn't what i expect! the pastries were stale, and the hot food wasn't very hot. also, the noise from the street was constant. It made relaxing by the pool pretty difficult. it was quite a letdown.
